Choros

Haven't ever posted a 13:00 minute video. But this is really extraordinary. Digital treatment of 32 sequential takes of single movements stretched out over time. In Choros, director Michael Langan painstakingly explores movement by the human body, specifically the movements of dancer Terah Maher. Set to Steve Reich's Music for 18 Musicians. Take time today to watch this, full screen, HD, with headphones (and some volume).  Gorgeous. Hypnotic. Perfect for Friday.
