Plum Village Bell

Plum Village is a Buddhist meditation center in southern France founded by Thích Nhất Hạnh and Bhikkhuni Chân Không in 1982. Image above shows one of the bells at Plum Village (thx, Flavia). It reads "Listening, Looking, Understanding, Loving". When we listen to the meditation bell, teaches Thich Nhat Hanh, we calm our thoughts and restore ourselves. Dong, dong, dong.
