Davenport Park
Yesterday afternoon was sunny with scattered clouds; temperature mid-70's, with a steady, cool breeze coming off the Long Island Sound. I had a puffy blanket spread out under the shade of one of the big hickory trees at Davenport Park, my trusty beach chair, and a halfway-finished copy of Everywhere Beings are Dancing by Robery Bringhurst. Priceless. [NOTE: The feet and the grey New Balance ML 999s are mine].
