Pain de Campagne

Took some time off yesterday afternoon (Presidents Day) and made a delicious loaf of French country bread, i.e "pain de campagne". Slight taste of rye, lovely aroma of oregano. Great crumb, incredible flavor, and a light crackling crust. Really a fantastic loaf of bread. Go here for the recipe. [NOTE: Recipe is in new Downloads section that I added yesterday (while waiting for the bread to rise) to share things like this].
