Dai Rubber

Dai woman in the Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan, China empties the rubber latex (see Rubber) from her collecting cups. Couple of things of interest here. The cups are ceramic, rather than the split coconut husks used in many parts of the world. And notice the wire rings stuck into the trunk to hold the cups and keep them from tipping over.  Great idea.
