Ruth Ozeki visited EHZC yesterday. She sat two periods of zazen, gave a reading from her terrific new book, A Tale for the Time Being, led a lively discussion, and signed books. Ozeki is a novelist, a filmaker, a Zen Priest (ordained by Zoketsu Norman Fischer in 2010), and a fascinating, really nice person. Her visit on Sunday was much appreciated and enjoyed (thx, Ruth).
