Tapping scars on the trunks of Hevea brasiliensis (Willd. ex Adr. de Juss) Muell. -Arg.) trees outside of the village of Surucuá in the Tapajós-Arapiuns Extractive Reserve in Brazil (see Tapajós-Arapiuns).
