The manau is a traditional dance ceremony of northern Myanmar. The leader of the ceremony, usually an older man, wears a woven headdress of rattan adorned with hornbill feathers and wild boar tusks. The image above was taken during the Naga festival in Shimbweyeng (see Naga Festival
